Accumulated a record of 2-0 under the coaching of John Kavanagh sbg head coach a record of 11-4 in armature mma under the coaching of Dylan Costigan (three castles mma/next gen)

Won and placed top three in various armature mma andnogi grappling tournaments
Held a fitness instructor position in Rockfitness Dundrum and Jackie Skellies fitness parkwest

BUILT TO LAST FITNESS

During my time in Rockfitness and due to demand from multiple members I started my own personal training business in 2014. From there I have quickly built up a client base and expanded my business to my local surrounding area where I joined Simon (Head of King of Kings pt) in his location in Jamestown industrial estate.

MY SKILL SET

My general client base would be weight loss, body transformation and strength training. I am always pushing to learn more reading as much material as possible and working with other professionals to learn more to become a better coach. I recently have attended a retreat with Eoin Lacey (head coach in the ISI)
And currently work with and under the mentorship of SimonMcEvoy of King of Kings Personal Training.
