  • I enlisted the services of Simon Mcevoy in a bid to change the physical training dynamic’s and overall development plan for Inchicore ATH as part of a three year plan. Over the course of two years Simon helped to put together a comprehensive strength and conditioning training programme which benefited our squad hugely. Simon’s input was on the strength and conditioning side of thing’s. Simon worked with the team in a group format once a week for the guts of up to 22 weeks, during this time Simon also provided one to one guidance in relation to the players personal goals and this continued throughout the duration of the season and still runs current today. Through working with Simon I found him Professional at all time in his approach, up to date with the most cutting edge technique’s and extremely in dept in terms of his knowledge. Simon was flexible to all our demands and requests with a super personality with an uncompromising approach to achieving team target’s set down in conjunction with Simon and the Management Team. Simon’s training combined with our overall plan was a huge reason why we achieved what we achieved season  2012 – 2013′. Dalton CUP Finalist, League R/UP and Charlie O’Leary Cup winners. In putting together a programme for your soccer team – all parts of the jigsaw must fit for a successful season. Simon’s training for us was that final part of the Jigsaw, I would not hesitate in making any recommendation to my fellow managers / Coaches in using Simon’s expertise in achieving their over all Goal’s
